Returns for Defective or Damaged Products

  • Return Process: Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during shipping.

  • Refunds/Replacements: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Dislike of the design or style

  • No Cancellations Accepted: Once an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations. This is due to the automated nature of our print-on-demand processes, which begin immediately upon order confirmation.

  • Order Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order (such as adjusting the size or color), please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate modifications if your request is received before the printing process begins.
